Instead of your customer receiving a bill, them writing a check and mailing the check back to the office, you preparing a deposit for the bank, we simply draft your customers’ bank account for the amount of the bill using pre-authorized draft.
Your customers’ bank will handle the transaction for them and itemize the payment on their monthly statement. If they transaction date is on a holiday or weekend it will take place on the next banking day. Moreover, non-sufficient funds will be handled just like regular checks.
