F.A.Q'S
1- What are Phone
Checks?
Phone
Checks allow you to accept a check over the phone/fax/internet from
your customers and print it within minutes so you can receive prompt
payment for your services.
2- What is the
Process?
The process is similar to what you are probably
already doing for credit card customers. You must obtain your customer’s
check information over the phone, email or fax information to our
company.
3- How does this
benefit me?
Not everybody has a credit card over 60
million Americans have checking accounts. Offer customer a new method of
payment, increase and accelerate cash flow, eliminate COD delays, attract
customers with no credit cards, eliminate the over-used delay device of
”the check is in the mail”.
4- What is the
difference between receiving a check from you or from my
customer?
Think about it? Out of ten customers that say
they will send you a check over the mail how many checks do you actually
receive? Customers always have double thoughts of buying a product after
hanging up the phone. With Phone checks you can close the sale right over the
phone without having your customer go through the hassle of getting a
stamp, envelope, writing a check…
5- Are these checks legal?
Yes telephone
checks (pre-authorized drafts) are completely legal. These drafts are
created with the verbal consent of the account holder. Paper drafts are an
established legal method of payment as provided in the Uniform Commercial
Code, Title 1, Section 1-201 (39) and T 104, 3-403; Code of Federal
Regulation, Title 12, Chapter II, Part 210; and Regulation J, Federal
Reserve Bank, part 2, Sections 4A-210 to 4A-212.
6- What is the Cost ?
The cost you will incur
is a processing fee for each transaction. With no other hidden costs.
7- How can I get started?

sign up button and you will be prompted to fill out a couple of questions
on your company and submit this form. Southwest Bank Drafting will receive this form and
contact you within 24 hrs to complete the process.
